Its a bit pointless looking back earlier than 2008.
The period prior to 2008 there were only 100 million shares.
The reverse takeover by Australian Bulk Minerals late 2008 Grange allocated new shares so that existing shareholders held 26.1% and ABM 73.9%.
There was also a major capital raise to pay down ABM debt.
There are now 10x the amount of shares. ie 1.16 billion
Also many shareholders don't realise that Grange had already done the 30% Southdown deal with Sojitz prior to this, thats why the Grange share price went to $2++ back in 2007.
Grange has also had several codes over the years too
