Lol it doesn't bother me as a buy and hold investor as long as somebody doesn't come along and use the share price as an opportunity for a low ball takeover offer. By my maths, net cash (say 250m) plus value of Southdown (say 150m) plus PE of 4 on net earnings gives a reasonable overall capitalisation of 1.6B. That is about 2.5 times the current share price. So a takeover would need to well north of $1 per share to be attractive.
