Do you have a theory for the valuation or a catalyst for a rerate?
I know some folk are uncomfortable with the 48% Chinese ownership. If they are good managers and not crooks, I personally have no issues. I am actually comforted by their apparent lack of ambition to grow significantly.
The growing cash pile also is starting to cause some friction. Unless management are crooks, it is a good problem to have.
The price of iron could fall by 50% and they would still be profitable, so while that would fix the PE, it would not be an existential risk.
Anything else?
