Let's be real. There should be no discount. This is an offtake agreement to sell at market price with a fat discount. Iron ore is a commodity. It can be sold very close to market price at any time. There is no need for these offtake agreements if they are just based on market price. The only potential benefit would be if they locked in the price now but they are not doing that.
