My only concern is that it is a bit dodgy if the largest shareholder is taking advantage of their position to make additional profits that no other shareholder is getting - and in so doing so, reducing the companies revenue that should have benefited all other shareholders.
Not even sure if that is legally a good thing - it is certainly not morally a good thing.
