Yes, I read it that way too. It is the pellet premium over fines. But DR not BF. This article could be stating the premium over 65% fines but I don't think that changes things all that much over 62%. The page you mentioned should have read page 90 in the 2014 Annual.
After having a second look tonight at that article it has stated "dry metric ton". Which, sorry, may not be good.... DR pellets always have seemed to be at very least 10 US dollars more than BF pellets. Which is fine because that makes say 30. However, DMT has to be multiplied by the 0.655 iron content.
