    I am not speaking in favour of either side of this case, but how can the justice system convict
    someone without supporting evidence, except the claim of the victim, to prove guilt beyond doubt?

    There seems to be substantial doubt about the circumstances of this claim.
    It is not as if an incorrect judgement has not occurred previously...anyone remember the Azaria Chamberlain case?

    Power and position has no play in any decision and a crime, if committed, deserves punishment.

    However, the High Court judgement seems to be the correct one in this case.

    Nevertheless, I hear the crowd calling, "Crucify him!!" (Mark 15:13)
