Yes, he does appear to be a cool, calm and hard headed person who knows his business. And so he should, he built up and ran the new plan (American) side which Centro purchased last year.
He also has a reputation for getting on with things and lets not forget, that he has good contacts in the US and knows how to deal with creditors (or bank, if you like).
