Trump can still do his speech if he so chooses. He can put it in writing, mail it off and it can be read in the House of representatives.
He can plonk his fat ass in his Sit'n'Spin in the Oval Office and read into the camera.
He can bark out his mad ravings on a street corner in Washington DC.
He can even do it over Twitter for all I care.
Perhaps you don't understand: Nancy Pelosi runs the House of Reps now. What she says goes and if you don't like it, tough. Maybe walk across the street and ask why Mitch McConnell is refusing to let the Senators vote on bills to reopen the Government? Is the Senate not a co-equal branch of the Government?
