It's really simple, the accusation is that Joe can not receive direct payments from foreign entities, so by using his son he was able to avoid scrutiny.

Again, Hunter has no qualifications to justify securing business roles and deals at the same time his VP father is meeting the politicians of the same country.

You know if this was Trump it would have been looked at much more closely.
