Nor am i,it has been a majer management stuff up as far as i am concerned, I do believe that these two companies are a perfect fit,however had this proposed merger occurred 5 or 6 months ago it certainley would not have been a 3 to 1 ratio more like 7 to 1,unfortunatley it probaley became a deal PEM had to do.This is now out of our hands so only time will tell.(The loss of Len Jubber is certainley no loss in my opinion)
