Yes he must take some responsability for production shortfalls also the sale of Daisy Milano by him seems suspect. Why was this so called prime asset of PEM sold? It could have been run as a subsidialry with its own set of books, or was it being run inefficiently by PEM and sold to cover up losses?

I wish I new current hedge position of PEM for zinc/silver. I realise its in the Dec quarterly but I feel investers are weary of the company maybe still selling forward at discounted Zinc prices to present and most of us are not confident in understanding hedged positions IMHO
