i hold both i dont think the toho /nystar deals will affect pem in the short term at all but i am suprise pem hasnot decided to try to get in on the action in order to get hold of rasp.(they have the cash and the backing to do so)
i think both companies will get togther in some form in the future this would definatly positivly affect the sp of both only time will tell.

i look forward to see what will happen up on the hill next paientce will be rewarded i am sure the company is very cheap still relative to its peers
