good question.
are you familiar with statistics and probability?
if you are, my answer then is the bell shaped distribution.
the calculation is based on the number of trades at that particular price.
i just used the "standard comment" like all the other times without too much thought. sorry on my behalf for that.
the number is correct - its just the way you interpret it statistically.
maybe a more statistically minded person can answer it better?
