    PEN has contracts out to 2030 and needs to serves those contracts by production,.. 2022 contracts maybe bought on Spot after that needs to be from production and will need more capital,.. with NO new contracts or higher spot price at current contracts of half of the plant nameplate Wayne hopes to break even on production to fulfill contracts..
