Both ADN and PMH look good. But I think pmh is for long term holders as i think RSI is too high for it at the moment.
As for ADN, simply I think it could do X10 from these prices since there are not many shares out there. it could be the next MOX or MTN.
I sold PEN today now 2% on my portfolio.
