The US is providing all the approvals to sure up some much needed serious level of local energy resources. I can't see that the US would be too supportive of an asian group coming in and taking an influential investment at this stage. I am sure Gus is taking all the right steps to ensure the mining approvals come to fruition, however it is good news that PEN is on a wider range of investors radars, very good news.
