    Give the guy a break. What's your issue with Hanseng. What's it matter whether he has sold or not? Do you need him to hold your hand still or to reiterate daily how good a company PEN is to instil confidence? Just because he hasn't replied for a short while may indicate he is indisposed or just tired of answering to people like yourself.
