You're right - charts can be hard to interpret in these troubling times. All I was saying is that while PEN has been on a losing steak for a decade (so no reason to expect it to change it's spots anytime soon), recent price patterns could suggest that there might be life in the old dog yet. As for "wanting to get in cheap", I'm not sure PEN could ever be 'cheap' enough to entice me, but we all have different views on when to buy and sell and what makes a good investment - I was just expressing my interpretation of the chart. Given you are still holding you must have faith in better times ahead - and good luck to you if that comes about .
