The spot price has been decoupled from the rise in U share price since Jan. I don't think it matters anymore. A lot of attention has been given to nuclear energy since the Texas blackout. A big call for energy diversification is happening in the US. I am speculating they will increase nuclear share to 25%. Big opportunity for PEN and other US based miners.
