Something about PEN is familiar: all time low nearly three years ago, already popped and dropped & looks to be working on the next swing higher IMO. The fundamentals sound OK as well!
Daily chart: Nice increase in volume lately, with many indicators now looking good.
If price action stays above say ~ 12 Cents then it looks worth a first tranche IMO ....
