Careful though, reminds me of that meme, when you buy the dip and it just keeps dipping (guilty of doing this with PEN and now I am deeply red). Another 2m shares dumped on open, with current market conditions and mediocre Uranium sentiment at the moment, this could be going sub 10c without some stellar news on the horizon which I just don't see coming.

It is interesting just how badly PEN has performed considering it will be the first to return to production, meanwhile explorers sitting on patches of dirt that will never get to production are performing quite well.
