Is a company trusted that:

(1) To the detriment of common shareholders, places stock at 4 cents, well below the market price, allowing the sophisticated investors to sell off their stock well before the placement is announced?

(2)To the detriment of the sophisticated investors, placed stock at 4 cents then late one night announces a scoping study, with $50m in opex against an inflated US$72/lb in revenue?

Companies have no idea about why their share prices rise & fall.
