The cynic in me might take the view that whom ever has been accumulating recently has had to kick the donkey one more time.
If you're building a high volume position, and doing it strategically, you can't afford to frighten the register into a coma...your supply dries up.
Tight hands may yet regain the momentum. You can only cross-sell to yourself so many times before you're the only one on the see-saw.
Lets make'em pay what its worth.
