Before updated F Study I would expect to hear (mid Aug?) if PEN has been successful in the US Gov tender...will be a minimum of I mill pounds for US$75mill...my call is there will be 4 tenders about 200/ to 300/ lbs each ...pricing $65 to $74 a pound. Only conditions I understand is that tenderer must have been a producer since 2009.. PEN 'tick' and uranium tendered must be of US origin. PEN 'tick' ( i understand some of their inventory maybe jointly with another player is of US origin.
