gov tender is another thing. it appears that terms of tender have changed considerably from initial indications. This US$75 mill spend is for delivery of U308 before Nov this year... that is why the price tendered has to be good for a few months. By allowing Companies that have mined uranium since 2009 to tender uranium that has been mined in USA (irrespective of mine) it allows PEN who has 300/ thousand pounds in inventory to increase the percentage of US mined portion of their inventory with swap out and or JV with another owner of pounds. The Key is they have a mine that has produced since 2009. It appears the intent of the Tender is to get $$ into hands of mine owners who would spend $ on F studies/ mine restarts etc.
PEN strikes me as being a perfect candidate for this Tender.
