I think we really have to question the decision to raise at a discount while sitting at 52w lows last year. In this economic environment spec stocks like PEN were always going to get smashed regardless, now we have more dilution, a lower share price and seemingly little desire for anyone to invest in this sector. Unless the share price rockets for some reason (unclear what that reason will be seeing as supply/demand in Uranium seems to mean nothing) then it is likely that they will again raise in the future at a low price and screw over shareholders.
