At least he's showing he can grow some hair.
I think that after a few years, he's loosening up to allow for the fact Australians and certainly those from Wyoming are more laid back. Not sure about Minnesota, where he's from, but the corporate look was a little austere (on him). I keep warming to the guy (pun intended).
