I have always found it odd that BOE and AGE are priced higher than PEN with existing contacts and expansion options. It seems like PEN are a good team and do what they say they will do. No debt, selling pounds, on the verge of a final investment decision..
I'm in the buy queue at 17 cents hoping to double my holding. I have done well out of AGE, VMY and BMN but think the next big gains will come from producers with contracts.
