    It's ben the case for a while now.
    Maybe got a bit worse. Hasn't turbocharged the price signal though.

    They could even throw in every one want's to make nuclear weapons, [and nuclear subs (AUKUS)], since Ukraine and it won't goose the price.
    Not that a large percentage of fissile U would be concentrated and used for that though.

    Those utilities are playing hard ball.

    IMVHO.
