PEN has certainly been valued A LOT more in the past compared to right now (eg. from memory was around $1.40 immediately post consolidation compared to $0.11 today).
Yet, right now we are in better position financially, with a potential upcoming uranium bull market.
To be fair, spot price was higher back then, so if spot rises as I expect it to in 2021, we should easily see $0.50+
