I still hold that PEN will benefit from RAKI RAKI

However...my main focus remains Wyoming and as stated I personally don't expect anything until 2nd qtr 08 based on my discussions with PEN.

Other than that clearly market forces are dictating what will happen with all stocks for the next few months, unless some early positive news comes forward.

Latest information I have gathered on the market is the ride may get bumpier than any of us initially thought. At least it seems that is what some in the banking/finance investment sector seem to think. Protecting your base capital should be your number one focus. You can be sure the big money has already in the main, as I have always.

I will be watching closely for some excellent buying oportunities over the next few months.

Will PEN go down? I have no idea, but I tend to think not and even if it did not for long.
