Definitely something going on, I think quite a few retail investors are buying shares in case of a bull run In the uranium market & the position PEN is in to capitalise on that. So I highly doubt your average joe investor is bailing on this thing so most likely manipulated.. Also quite a few downrampers on the forum who don't hold which is also rather suss
