iv seen prices on stocks been held down for a month or 2 before and then explode.. Iv only held PEN for about 3 ish weeks & will continue to hold until I hear more news regarding the debt & how they will go about it. If it's not looking good after that than I shall sell out.. There is a lot to watch play out over the next 2 months that could make a major difference. I shall wait & see what happens !
