PEN is like a self made very rich man who lost his wealth in a natural disaster. With all its wealth of experience and good decision making he become richer faster than many others. I think it is very applicable to PEN. I am glad that I kept my stok. I lost some and happy see it is being recovered slowly.
Yes, world has no matching alternative to Nuclear power. It is all in us to make it safer and we are capable of using it. I am pretty sure that there are so many atomic bombs in stock piles than these old reactors but no one worries about it. That is US- humans.
The requirements- demands are there and good management is here. Yes public will forget as they did with BP spill about 11 months ago and very soon PEN will be where it was before Earthquake/Tsunami.
