I assume that's a Development App that you talking about NKLEX which can be extremely efficient in the right hands (both parties of course). I think we agree PEN is in experienced hands and I hope that the NRC have been given the resources and talent to get things done as well.
Probably worth keeping an eye on Uranex. I think they are slightly advanced of PEN with permitting(?)
Those dates that Yuro provided are pretty good. If permitting is squared away for early 2012 I will be very happy. The way PEN is going, who knows, maybe earlier.
It would be nice to have a mole in the NRC...
