I just don't see anything negative outcome with the Working Groups recommendations.
If positive a big bonces for PEN and sector.
If its status quo and no action, Great we have clarity and the Utilities who have been held back for almost two years can start contracting again.
If its delayed my view it will only be for short time, and are still working on an positive outcome or it would be deal with. I don't see any meaningful sell off like after section 232, as there NO profits to be taken this time unlike the bagger around 232
