not concerned about dilution of your shares?
I wonder if YB sees a CR as a negative.. she's always promoting "no dilution - as per Wayne"
Anyway, as an example, have a look at VRX.. they did a small raise ($4 million) at 11.5c on 4/11/19, and all the HC shareholders were saying how great it was, money will be used to fund this and that, etc..
share price has now fallen below the raise price..
that's just one recent example.
if PEN does do a CR, wonder at what discount and price it would be? say 14c? (approx 25% discount).
Wonder if the share price will also fall below the discounted CR price?
just posing hypothetical/possible questions.. just discussing the stock!
