I don't think I've ever seen a CR discount be 30% of VWAP so I'd say quite unlikely. 15% or maybe 20% I could see and I'd be surprised if they try to raise more than $5m.
The logical play is to do a small raise - enough to get them through to sales cash injection and satisfy the agreement before any NFWG announcement (in case it's bad) but not so large that it looks like a giveaway if the NFWG/Trump action happens and it pumps the U price or SP.
