The yesterday movement to me looked like a deliberate push downwards, possibly to shake out retail investors. I've seen many times that before a price fly, there's usually this series of events: 1. a director buys shares (in PEN's case, the CEO opted to be rewarded in shares), 2. a few weeks after, the SP decline considerably when the broad market is green (yesterday movement) Similarly, before a price sink to a rock bottom, I've seen the opposite events occurred. The stock market is full of dirty plays. Only the patience thrives.
