It'd be good if PEN's SP rise 1,000 percent too. I guess it's not happening anytime soon. You know, it's the government we are talking about. They work really slow. The NFWG was supposed to be out in Nov, then delayed to Jan, then Feb, then who knows when. I'm putting my PEN holding in the bottom drawer.
