ML173,, PEN U forward contract book is hedged to the upside from 2021 onwards. Bear in mind relentless low market cap equates to difficulties if the company wishes to take out (commercial loan) finance on the company assets as stated according to the RNS with regards to the impairment charge brought forward last month. Hence its prudent for the company at this real uncertain time to keep their powder dry for future directives that may be taken by the Board, in the interest of the company and shareholders going forward.
