It's all in the price dude. If PEN make 3c by Dec 2015 there will be some dilution from oppies exercised. if they make 5c by 2018 there will be a lot more dil'n. However, to make these two numbers there has to be progress on the U price. I did say earleir that that posters on this site have all information available parsed (that's not a mispelling, though my typing is for sh--).
