realistic post, as most posters I am a big fan of the potential of PEN, but hard lessons learned tell me as punters on spec stocks with lots of upside, we are at the mercy of international events like Obama's grumblings on banks or China's announcements of the week

also what is the possibility that approval for pumping poison into the ground to get a profit will be declined, probaly not much as the US will need lots of U but its still a pos.

from all info I can find PEN looks to be as good a spec stock as any going at the moment, heres hoping for no more international financial wobbles
