MMM Firstly I don't think there are a great many options out there to raise this sort of money for a flegling spec company like PEN. They probably don't have too many options unless they want a JV and lose control of of their projects.
Secondly they may be a lot closer to JORC BFS,PFS, Environmental approvals and production than we think and that is why the need to raise available funds as soon as possible.
