mickqld how do you calculate the 600 million extra shares on issue? I can only see the 1% activation fee, which would equate to $500k total. And the first tranche of $150k would most likely be the only tranche where the PEN price is 10c. The following ones would be much higher.
But say worst case is 10c for all tranches, then $500k / 10c is 5 million shares?
