Everyone knows U price is only going higher from here
Agree we will see a "snap back in share price".. I'm guessing once we clear the SPP profit taking shares, the share price will rise a lot quicker
We've seen the big producers and restart companies (eg BOE) move up significantly as they approached restart of production. PEN share price will do the same IMO, especially with each new progress update
The developers and explorers will follow later on
