Desperate holders wanting the share price to rise will do anything to gain attention. I'll be surprised if PEN share price is not sitting below 10c a share at some point between now and October. The events on the horizon are a long way off. That gives a lot of uncertainty surrounding the future of this company. The share price likes to move up and down quickly so my money is the Pen share price will be at 10c or sub 10c within 3 months after the cap raising is complete.
