No faulting your maths there binbin, but dont forget that PEN pre-Fukushima fully diluted was $468m at 15.5c.
Of course the market price in Karoo so to omit it from the valuation above is ignorant. Where does URZ have another resource?
Like i said before, the spot price needs to recover for us to see old highs. As you would know, this drives sentiment and greatly re-values the company. Markets are predictably irrational.
