just expanded the cell to see 0.7 instead of 1.
also, PEN share price for $1 is based on 10 mlb at a U price of $90. As per slide 10 of the 2012 Indaba presentation PEN's longterm goal is to be a producer of 10 mlb before 2025.
my spreadsheet ends at U price $80 which would give 83 cents for 10 mlb (my assumption is i tripled the capex of the 3 mlb plant fro the cell above). But if you refer to slide 7 by 2025 the longterm U price is extrapolated to be $90 (but anything can happen till then) so $1 might happen one day.... just not imminently.
